Roommaid Cleaning uses information submitted through this website to respond to cleaning inquiries, prepare quotes, and arrange requested services.
Information we collect
Our quote form collects your name, email address, service ZIP code, and cleaning service choice. You may also provide a phone number, cleaning frequency, approximate property size, and a message. Please do not submit payment details, alarm or entry codes, or other sensitive information through this form.
Optional marketing emails
If you choose the optional marketing checkbox, we may email occasional cleaning tips and special offers. The box starts unchecked. Subscribing is not required to request a quote or arrange cleaning.
To stop promotional emails, reply to an email asking to unsubscribe, or contact roommaidcleaningllc@gmail.com. Choosing not to subscribe does not stop messages needed to answer your inquiry or provide a requested service.
How information is handled
Quote requests are stored in our WordPress website and delivered to our business Gmail inbox. We use Bluehost for website hosting and outgoing email. Hosting and email providers process information as needed to operate those services.
Website software and hosting systems may also process technical information, such as IP addresses, browser information, security logs, and cookies used for website operation.
How long we keep information
We retain quote inquiries that do not become customers for up to 12 months, including the related website entries and business emails. Customer records may be kept longer where needed to provide services, maintain business records, or meet applicable legal requirements. Copies in backups may remain until replaced through the backup cycle.
We review and remove inquiries manually; the website does not currently delete them automatically.
